Marketing Project Manager
Community Engagement and Public Affairs
Primestor is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to serve as a primary community-facing representative for development projects while supporting broader marketing initiatives across the portfolio. This role sits within the Marketing team and works closely with Development, Construction, Public Affairs, and external partners.
The Marketing Project Manager plays a critical role in leading community outreach, managing relationships with public agencies and stakeholders, and ensuring clear, transparent communication throughout the development process. In addition to outreach and public engagement, this position directly manages community-facing project scopes such as public art, placemaking initiatives, and creative installations from concept through execution.
Assistant Project Manager
Based in the Los Angeles area, the Assistant Project Manager supports the construction team in managing projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role assists with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and contract administration while ensuring quality standards and compliance. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial reporting and project documentation, including Yardi systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and supports project teams with accurate tracking, coordination, and reporting.
Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Director by driving traffic, increasing sales, and building community through tenant relationships, events, media, and city engagement. They implement integrated marketing strategies for assigned centers, focusing on community outreach, event production, and communications. The role leads event planning, marketing program development, social media and digital campaigns, and media relations to enhance center visibility and success.
While focused on their portfolio, the Marketing Coordinator also represents the broader company marketing team, collaborating on corporate and development marketing initiatives, events, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging experiences that foster community, support tenants, and elevate each center’s overall experience.
Senior Property Accountant
The Senior Property Accountant is responsible for the management and execution of property level accounting and financial analysis for assigned portfolio. Job responsibilities include management of direct reports, review and approval of property level and special purpose entity financial statements, assisting with budget preparation, review andapproval of the CAM budgeting and reconciliation process, and special projects.
Senior Construction Manager
The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the construction and rehabilitation components of assigned projects. This includes managing all vertical and horizontal construction activities, contractor performance, schedule adherence, cost control, and coordination with all project stakeholders. The role will provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring excellence in execution, constructability review, value engineering, labor compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
