The center is a strategic acquisition aligned with Primestor’s investment strategy, which focuses on acquiring assets in high density, high traffic areas with significant potential for value enhancement. Esplanade and the Oxnard market are a perfect fit given the proximity to 130,000 permanent residents, 68% of whom are Latino and 52% are under 35 years of age. <\/em><\/p>\n
