Honoring a Legacy: CREW LA Celebrates Allison Lynch and Gives Back

Some evenings leave a mark that lasts well beyond the night itself.

On a landmark evening at the historic Los Angeles Central Library, CREW Los Angeles gathered over 130 industry colleagues to honor the career, character, and community legacy of our COO, Allison Lynch,  in the second biennial CREW Honors event held in her name.

The venue was no accident. Chosen as a deliberate homage to Allison’s love of reading and her lifelong commitment to learning, the library set the stage for an evening that was as personal as it was professional. Literary-themed cocktails, centerpieces built around her favorite books, and a room full of people whose careers she has shaped, every detail was intentional.

The evening featured tributes from CREW LA President Amberly Washington, Allison’s mentor Elizabeth Ringbom, and her partner Mike Calzada. The highlight was an intimate fireside chat between Allison and Primestor CEO Arturo Sneider and President Leandro Tyberg, a conversation that traced the “why” behind her work, her non-traditional path into commercial real estate, and her unwavering belief that belonging and representation are not aspirations, but responsibilities.

The event was curated with love by Tori Robinson, Jennifer Hafner, and Primestor’s own Shajira Hope, with creative direction by The Aisha Life.

Following the gala, CREW LA finalized $6,000 in charitable donations in Allison’s honor, $3,000 to the CREW Network Foundation, which supports scholarships and career pathways for women entering commercial real estate, and $3,000 to Altadena Girls, a grassroots nonprofit born from the Eaton Fire that has grown into a vital community center for teenage girls in the Greater Los Angeles area.

In Allison’s own words: “My own path was shaped by women who created opportunities for me, and I am honored to help provide that same foundation of support and belonging for the next generation of leaders.”

At Primestor, we build communities, but it’s people like Allison who remind us why that work matters. We are proud to celebrate her, and proud to call her ours.
