Throughout March, we launched our Women of Primestor spotlight series to celebrate the women shaping our communities, culture, and leadership.
Across departments, from marketing and leasing to development, operations, and finance, we shared the voices, journeys, and perspectives of the women behind our work. Each story reflected something different, but all were rooted in purpose, resilience, and a commitment to building meaningful impact.
More than a campaign, this initiative was a reminder that what we build goes beyond projects. It’s about people, connection, and the communities we serve.

Ana Lucia Matamba | Administrative Assistant
She leads with professionalism, consistency, and a strong sense of ownership, demonstrating that administrative roles are strategic and essential to organizational success. Through her work, she helps elevate the perception of this field while opening doors for others. Her inspiration comes from her mother, who raised her independently while continuing her education and becoming a CPA, a reflection of resilience, determination, and strength.
Chonghui Zhang | Senior Construction Manager
She breaks barriers by consistently showing up prepared and leading with thoughtfulness, earning lasting respect in an industry where women remain underrepresented. Through her presence, she is helping redefine leadership in construction. She draws inspiration from a former colleague whose confidence and willingness to speak up showed her the power of using your voice, even while still learning.
Darian Negreros | Marketing Assistant
She contributes to strategic initiatives while positioning herself as both a creative and operational partner. By combining community-focused marketing with strong project management, she demonstrates that women can drive both vision and execution. She is inspired by her mother, whose resilience, work ethic, and ability to care for others while continuing to grow professionally have shaped her approach to leadership and life.
Daisy Lopez | Tenant Coordinator
She leads with technical precision, accountability, and calm authority across a multi-state portfolio, helping redefine leadership in a traditionally male-dominated field. She looks up to her mother, who showed her that leadership can be steady, thoughtful, and deeply committed.
Deborah Yasharel | Fund Controller & Chief Compliance Officer
She ensures the financial integrity and governance behind Primestor’s work, supporting projects that create lasting impact. She began her career in asset management and later joined Primestor, where she aligns her expertise with her passion for building community. She believes success is defined by integrity, collaboration, and how you support others. She breaks barriers by stepping into roles where women have been historically underrepresented. She is inspired by women who lead with resilience, authenticity, and a commitment to uplifting others.
Itayetzi Angeles | Marketing Coordinator
She challenges the idea that age defines credibility by proving that impact and contribution matter more than assumptions, creating space for her voice as a young woman in the field. She is inspired by her former manager, who led with humility, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping others grow.
Olivia Amado | Assistant Property Manager
She demonstrates that women can lead operations with confidence, expertise, and consistency, helping shift perceptions in a traditionally male-dominated space. She looks up to her mother, whose strength, determination, and care continue to guide her every day.
Rhiana Lindsey | Leasing Director
She breaks barriers by consistently delivering results, building credibility, and expanding what leadership looks like in commercial real estate. She draws inspiration from a woman who helped her navigate independence early in life, teaching her resilience and confidence.
Shajira Hope | Marketing Director
She expands the role of marketing and community engagement in development by positioning it as a strategic driver, opening doors for more women to lead in shaping the built environment. She is inspired by her mother, whose resilience and empathy continue to shape how she leads with purpose.
