Director de Desarrollo Inmobiliario 

Como Director de Desarrollo en Primestor, estarás al frente de nuestras iniciativas de reurbanización urbana. Tu rol implicará la gestión diaria de un equipo de profesionales excepcionales, navegar estructuras complejas de asociaciones público-privadas, y liderar proyectos con gran impacto en los vecindarios. Tu liderazgo estratégico, experiencia en gestión de proyectos y compromiso con el empoderamiento comunitario serán clave para dar forma al futuro de nuestros esfuerzos de reurbanización. Reportando directamente al Director General de Desarrollo, serás responsable de implementar los proyectos más importantes de Primestor y ayudarás a fortalecer los sistemas, procesos y políticas que impulsan el crecimiento y el rendimiento financiero de la firma.

Gerente de Proyectos – Vivienda Asequible 

Con base en el área de Los Ángeles,el/la Gerente de Proyectos trabajará bajo la supervisión del Vicepresidente y será responsable de gestionar distintos aspectos de los proyectos de desarrollo de vivienda asequible. Coordinará todas las etapas del desarrollo, asegurando que cada proyecto cumpla los objetivos establecidos de financiamiento, cronograma y calidad. El/la candidato/a ideal será organizado/a, proactivo/a, resolutivo/a y capaz de manejar múltiples tareas y equipos de trabajo. Sus funciones incluirán coordinar actividades de consultores y avanzar en la adquisición de terrenos, permisos, diseño, financiamiento, cierres de préstamos, construcción y entrega final del proyecto.

Property Manager I

Based in the Los Angeles area, the Property Manager I is responsible for all the daily property operations including contract administration, vendor & tenant relations of commercial properties, either privately or institutionally owned. This role ensures each property is operated efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with ownership goals and management contracts. This position reports to the Senior Property Manager/s. The candidate must be knowledgeable in all aspects of property operations, lease administration, and construction; highly ethical, innovative & motivated.

Property Coordinator II – Chula Vista Center

Based in the San Diego area, the Property Coordinator supports the daily operations and administrative functions of the regional Property Management team.  This role focuses on maintaining tenant satisfaction, coordinating maintenance and service requests, assisting with financial and lease documentation, and helping ensure properties are professionally maintained. The Property Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Property Manager and on-site teams by ensuring timely and accurate communication, record-keeping, and task execution. This position reports to the Property Manager/The candidate must be knowledgeable of property operations, lease administration; highly ethical, innovative & motivated.

Coordinadora de Mercadotecnia

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Director by driving traffic, increasing sales, and building community through tenant relationships, events, media, and city engagement. They implement integrated marketing strategies for assigned centers, focusing on community outreach, event production, and communications. The role leads event planning, marketing program development, social media and digital campaigns, and media relations to enhance center visibility and success.

While focused on their portfolio, the Marketing Coordinator also represents the broader company marketing team, collaborating on corporate and development marketing initiatives, events, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging experiences that foster community, support tenants, and elevate each center’s overall experience.

Senior Property Accountant

The Senior Property Accountant is responsible for the management and execution of property level accounting and financial analysis for assigned portfolio. Job responsibilities include management of direct reports, review and approval of property level and special purpose entity financial statements, assisting with budget preparation, review andapproval of the CAM budgeting and reconciliation process, and special projects.

Project Manager

As Project Manager, your primary responsibilities are overseeing the successful planning and execution of a multi-phase redevelopment project. Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day project management activities. Oversee multidisciplinary consultant teams including architecture, civil, MEP, structural engineering, environmental, geotechnical, and specialty consultants.
