Director of Real Estate Development
As the Director of Development for Primestor, you will be at the forefront of our urban redevelopment initiatives. Your role will involve day to day management of a team of exceptional professionals, navigating intricate public-private partnership structures, and spearheading projects that deeply impact neighborhoods. Your tactical leadership, project management expertise, and dedication to community empowerment will be instrumental in helping shape the future of Primestor’s urban redevelopment efforts. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Development, you will be responsible for the implementation of Primestor’s many exciting projects and will help continue to build systems, procedures and policies that will contribute to the firm’s growth and the fuel the team’s financial and risk management performance.
Director of Leasing
Based in the Los Angeles area, the Leasing Director must be a go–getter, with effective communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate, dynamic and results oriented, as this role is critical to Primestor’s exciting growth journey and essential to driving our mission to empower the communities we serve by providing best in class retailers and an amazing retail experience.
Project Manager – Affordable Housing
Based in the Los Angeles area, the Project Manager works under the direction and support of the Vice President and will be responsible for managing various aspects of affordable housing development projects. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all stages of affordable housing development for multiple projects and ensuring that objectives for each project are accomplished within funding, timeline and quality parameters set out by the Team at the start of predevelopment. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects and departments duties. They will coordinate consultant activities and perform necessary functions to further site acquisitions, entitlements, design & approvals, financing, loan closings and construction through project handoff.
Property Manager I
Based in the Los Angeles area, the Property Manager I is responsible for all the daily property operations including contract administration, vendor & tenant relations of commercial properties, either privately or institutionally owned. This role ensures each property is operated efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with ownership goals and management contracts. This position reports to the Senior Property Manager/s. The candidate must be knowledgeable in all aspects of property operations, lease administration, and construction; highly ethical, innovative & motivated.
Property Coordinator II – Chula Vista Center
Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Director by driving traffic, increasing sales, and building community through tenant relationships, events, media, and city engagement. They implement integrated marketing strategies for assigned centers, focusing on community outreach, event production, and communications. The role leads event planning, marketing program development, social media and digital campaigns, and media relations to enhance center visibility and success.
While focused on their portfolio, the Marketing Coordinator also represents the broader company marketing team, collaborating on corporate and development marketing initiatives, events, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging experiences that foster community, support tenants, and elevate each center’s overall experience.
Senior Property Accountant
The Senior Property Accountant is responsible for the management and execution of property level accounting and financial analysis for assigned portfolio. Job responsibilities include management of direct reports, review and approval of property level and special purpose entity financial statements, assisting with budget preparation, review andapproval of the CAM budgeting and reconciliation process, and special projects.
Project Manager
As Project Manager, your primary responsibilities are overseeing the successful planning and execution of a multi-phase redevelopment project. Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day project management activities. Oversee multidisciplinary consultant teams including architecture, civil, MEP, structural engineering, environmental, geotechnical, and specialty consultants.
