We are proud to share that our CEO Arturo Sneider and President Leandro Tyberg have been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2026 LA500, recognizing the 500 most influential business leaders in Los Angeles.
For Arturo, this marks his third consecutive year on the list. For Leandro, his first.
This recognition reflects more than individual achievement, it reflects three decades of intentional work in markets others overlooked, communities others underinvested in, and projects others said couldn’t be done. Together, they have built a company rooted in the belief that every community deserves quality development, and that belief shows up in every project we take on.
