Arturo Sneider joined his fellow ICSC Trustees in September for a series of impactful discussions with Congressional leaders on key commercial real estate issues, including like-kind exchanges and the 20% pass-through deduction. These meetings, held alongside the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) events, were a vital opportunity to advocate for policies that support both communities and the industry.

Arturo also spoke on a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute panel titled ‘Economic Development in Hispanic Communities,’ where he highlighted strategies for uplifting Latino communities to reach their full potential. His contributions are helping to shape the future of commercial real estate while making a meaningful impact on underserved communities.
