Primestor assisted in the due diligence and negotiations of this pivotal acquisition and will continue to support the project by providing property management, asset management, leasing, tenant coordination, and development services. Our collaboration with CoCo ensures that this project remains anchored in the community’s needs, setting the foundation for long-term success.
